Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick Compact Rose is Housed in Sturdy Black Plastic Square Box with Flip off Lid.Packaging is simple with BOBBI BROWN written in the middle of Square Lid hinged at one end.Inside lies the Five shimmery strips of Hues of pink rose colour.Lid side has the good quality mirror.There is no separate hollow within the packaging but SA gave me A Small Sized Blush Brush of Bobbi Brown along with the product.Packaging is sturdy and I love using this as Hand mirror.
Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick Compact Rose in the base compartment has five rectangular strips of Rose Toned Shimmer powder.Topmost strip is the Lightest of all and silvery white with faint Pink hue underneath on swatching.Second and Third Strips are Muted Deep pinks with earthy undertone while the last two are the True pinks of gradually increasing Intensity.As a whole the shimmer brick looks like the spectrum of Pink Colour Where the Intensity of Pink hue increase from above downwards!!

Shimmer Brick Compact Rose super soft in texture and has very fine shimmer. It is powdery in Texture but not very chalky.I can see some shimmer and powder in Pan after use but no fly outs during application.Shimmer is finely milled and is not OTP.Shimmer stays on its place of first application.I apply this using my Real Techniques Blush Brush.
Shimmer Brick Compact Rose gives the Healthy Rosy glow with a shimmery sheen on my cheeks.When I use it as a whole Pink Pigmentation is not enough on my medium Skin tone.So to build up colour, I use lower two strips separately!!It is powdery in texture but it neither increases appearance of pores on my cheeks nor it makes my Skin Dry. On me it stayed comfortably without losing its effect for 6+ hrs.Rose Colour fades first leaving behind tiny sparkles of Silver Shimmer that scintillates and still work to highlight my face.

Bobbi Brown Shimmer Brick Compact Rose fits well in my Multitasker Bouquet.Blush,Highlighter,Eyeshadows and Mirror all together in one Luxe quality Sleek Cube.I love Coloured Tinted Highlighters.My Skin is Dry And this does not Dry it out Further.The Rosy Pink Sheen looks beautiful but when used as whole the pink colour does not show up on medium to olive skin complexions. In that case ,I use the strips Individually.Availability is a problem for this product in India,It is Pricey too!!
♥I should have gone for Rose Gold Shade for my Medium Skin tone!! However the quality is good and If you love shimmer in your Highlighter ,You should not miss these!!
