1.PACKAGING: TooFaced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner Perfect Black is Pencil Kajal Eyeliner.
It needs to be sharpened every time before use!! I got this as a part of Holiday set so there is no smudger on the other end.
However if you buy New Individual Pencil it does have a a smudger at the other end.
Both packagings come without sharpner.
I like Revolving Eyeliners over Traditional Pencil Eyeliners that require sharpening.
Retractable Eyeliners not only saves time but also minimises product wastage due to sharpening.
As far as Packaging is concerned these TooFaced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliners have lot of scope to improvise.
Not Much Impressed!!
2.SHADE: This is Darkest/Pitch Black Kajal I have ever came across in my life.
Just One stroke!! Voila!! You get that perfect pigmented black lined eyes.
It is Matte Black without any Metallic gleam/sheen or shimmer.
3.TEXTURE: TooFaced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner Perfect Black is creamy in texture.
It is so creamy that it has beaten out MAC Technakohl Liner Eyeliner Kajal For me.
It glides on without any skin tugging or pulling.I sometimes apply it using my Vega Angular Eyeliner Brush.
After using Innumerable Kajals and Eyeliner I was taken aback by the Gel Formula which butter on my lids like creamy liquid.
4.FINISH:It settles down on lids giving Soft,Matte,Smudge free Finish. It dries quickly on my lids.
It can be used both as an Eyeliner on Upper Eyelid and Kajal on lower Eyelid. I also use it to tightline my Eyes.
It has never lead to any sensitivity,redness or itchiness in my Eyes.
It can be easily removed using any Good Eye Makeup Remover.
5.LONGEVITY: It stays for good upto 8 hours when I used it as Eyeliner. However in my waterline It stays for good 4-5 hours without fading.
It doesn’t Fade,Crease on my Drier Skin. But I am not sure If this will be Equally Good for Oily Lids too!!

I loved TooFaced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner Perfect Black for an amazing Cream Gel formula.
It is completely Smudge free and Darkest Black Eyeliner
I am so prone to allergies and I have never been bothered by single episode of Eye sensitivity and redness using this!!
However It is obviously Pricey!!.And availability is big issue in India
♥I Highly recommend TooFaced Perfect Eyes Waterproof Eyeliner Perfect Black to all of you looking for that Perfect Black,Smudge proof,Waterproof Eyeliner. Any plans to go abroad this is a must buy !! It comes in nine different shades. I would have picked up Perfect Moss and Perfect Peacock after this.
