I am going to share my thoughts and experience with Chambor Jewels Metallic Liquid  Eyeliner Waterproof #3 . I showed you this in my recent haul video also. It was a free gift with Chambor extreme Matte Lip Colours.

It comes with a felt tip applicator making it convenient for drawing sharp and defined lines.

It comes in Four  Different Colours.

1.PACKAGING: It comes in a Cone shaped Sturdy Plastic Packaging.Packaging comes along with applicator (Usual with Liquid Eyeliners)

I really liked the Felt tip applicator. It is really easy to draw eyeliner with sharp defined edges using the same.

2.SHADE: It is beautiful Turquoise Blue Eyeliner with hint of non bothering shimmer.

It looks Pretty Vibrant against Brown Eyes. It emanate Greenish Hue at different angles.

3.TEXTURE: It is not creamy in texture  as Claimed by Chambor. It is liquid in consistency .

But the pigment tends to  settle down in bottle after storage. The layer of pigment and liquids separates out.

Therefore I strongly  recommend shaking the bottle before use.

4.FINISH: It gives radiant metallic Turquoise Blue finish with hint of shimmer and radiant gleam.

It doesn’t crack after few hours of application.

It doesn’t either leads to uncomfortable stretch on lids due to dryness.

However It is not waterproof as claimed by the Brand. It comes out easily using any  good Eye makeup remover

5.LONGEVITY: It stays on my lids almost throughout the day without flaking. Though after 3-4 hours of wear it loose bit of radiance but still looks beautiful.

I liked Chambor Jewels Metallic Liquid Eyeliner Waterproof #3 as such for the beautiful shade and really handy felt tip applicator.

But for the price paid it doesn’t justify the formulation where pigment settles down after standing storage.

You have to shake the bottle before use else the coloured liquid will spread in fine lid lines spoiling the whole look!!
