Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover  is dual phase Oil in Water Emulsion

It is packaged in a Sturdy Royal Blue Plastic Bottle with Rotating lid cover.

I was little surprised to see that there is no Nozzle or Hole Stopper once you uncover the lid.

Formula is clear Bi-phase /Dual Phase liquid which removes Eye makeup soothingly and effortlessly.

It is  effective in removing Routine Eye makeup.

No skin tugging or pulling is required

However If you are wearing Waterproof Mascara or Heavy Makeup you will have to go for second cleanse!!

Though claimed otherwise but it do leave oily Residue .

Drier skin Beauties can leave it as such because it gets absorbed after a while and leaves softer skin.

For Oily Skin I will recommend going for Second cleanse  with dry cotton to remove Residual oil.

Better side of this Oily residue is that there is no uncomfortable skin stretch post makeup removal.

It has never reacted on my skin . I have never felt any unpleasant odour while using it.

TIPS TO — USE Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover :

Shake the bottle well before use. On shaking Dual Phase solution will turn into a soapy solution and is ready to use!!

For removing Heavy Eye Makeup/Waterproof Mascara :Just let the cotton pad dipped in the remover to sit on your Eyes for a while and gently press it. This somehow catalyses breakdown of Stubborn Eye Makeup.

Though it is an Eye Makeup remover I do use it remove Matte lipsticks residuals,Lip stains or Bold lip Colours.

Neutrogena Oil Free Eye Makeup Remover is a decent Eye Makeup Remover. It falls tad short of the claims made by Neutrogena.

As it leaves behind oily residue and doesn’t remove waterproof makeup like magic!!
