On its way to India,Along with its Quality,Rimmel has managed its Affordability Perk too.

I follow so many UK Beauty Youtubers who swear by Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder.

I spotted Rimmel Counter at Parcos Store,Elante Mall Chandigarh.Without any second thought I bought it.

They had almost complete range of shades launched in India. Today in this post

Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder Review

1.PACKAGING:Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder is packaged  in round sleek Pan studded in a decent plastic  Thin Sleek Tub.

Lid is transparent with a single screw holding it .Thereby making the lid go loose at times. Its not Travel Friendly that way.

This pressed powder comes without puff or mirror. I never use puffs provided with Powders/Blushes  anyways.

Yes !! Mirror can always be handy. But still no big issues . (My MAC Mineralise Finishing Powder doesn’t have mirror too and expensive compared to Rimmel one)

2.SHADE: I am in Shade Amber 009.

I saw upto 6-7 different shades in this range. I was pretty impressed with the shade card as such. In India we rarely get those kind of options in pressed powders in Drugstore range.

3.TEXTURE:It is soft and smooth in texture. Neither buttery soft nor chalky.It has Mild,Non Bothering, fragrance.

It reminds me of Yardley’s Lily of the valley fragrance

4.FINISH: It provides beautiful matte finish on my face. It doesn’t make my face look cakey. Two swirls with my Claire’s powder brush are enough for my entire face. I love using it to set my Foundation/BB Cream.

My skin is dry and becomes drier in winters. This provides Matte finish without making my skin go Extremely dry.

This is my HG product for winters especially.

5.LONGEVITY: It gives lovely Matte finish on my face that stays for upto 4-4.5 hours.Afterwards I can see some oil on my face.

It controls oily shine on face without making your skin looking cakey or making it extremely dry.

With seven shades of  Rimmel London Stay Matte Pressed Powder ,it provides enough options to choose right shade .

It is much awaited  break from adjusting with Traditional Three options (fair ,medium & dusky complexions) of Pressed Powders.
