1.PACKAGING: Lakme Eyeconic Kajal Black  is packaged in Sturdy,Sleek Retractable Black Plastic Pen with Beautiful Turquoise Blue Accents.

I tend  to place Revolving Eyeliners Bar above then Traditional Pencil Eyeliners that require sharpening.

Retractable Eyeliners not only saves time but also minimises product wastage due to sharpening.As you can revolve the tip back in the main shell,it keeps the tip hygienic and safeguard it from breaking

2.SHADE: Lakme Eyeconic Kajal Black is Dark Black on swatching.But on my eyes This is not the Darkest Black. However , product is buildable and can be reapplied to get desired pigmentation.

It is Matte Black without any Metallic gleam/sheen or shimmer.

3.TEXTURE: Lakme Eyeconic is soft(not buttery smooth) in texture It glides smoothly on lids without any tugging or pulling.

4.FINISH:It settles down on lids giving Soft,Matte,Black Finish which is Smudge free.Formula dries quickly on my lids. The Smudge Free Claim By the brand is very much veritable. On water proof Claim I will label it as Water Resistant. As in Contact with water, It doesn’t spread but fades !!

It can be used both as  an Eyeliner on Upper Eyelid and Kajal on lower Eyelid. I also use it to tightline my Eyes.

It has never irritated my Eyes. It can be easily removed using any Good Eye Makeup Remover.

5.LONGEVITY: It  stays for good 6-8 hours when I used it as Eyeliner/Upper Lash line without smudging. However in my waterline It stays for  good 4-5 hours with minimal fading.(I don’t have very oily lids or active Tear Ducts)

It spreads minimum in my Under eye area after prolonged wear.So have not Encountered Single Panda Eye episode with it .

I have no  reason to dislike Lakme Eyeconic Kajal Black . It stands true to all the claims made by Lakme India. I found it as safe and affordable purchase with retractable packaging and decent quality.
