Lancome’s The New Black Eyeshadow is Jet Black in colour with lots of Silver Shimmer.However,The New Black Color Sensation Eyeshadow is described as Metallic shimmer By Lancome. Eyeshadow is intensely pigmented and Gives High Color Pay off with or without Primer. It is not soft in texture ,May be due to shimmer But not chalky either. It is easily picked up by my Eyeshadow brush. Eyeshadow Formula is Blendable.There is no conspicuous Fall out as far as the Pigment is concerned but Shimmer in Eyeshadow has considerable Fall.I always prefer wearing it with a good Eye Primer.It stays on my lids for more than 8 hours when used with Primer with minimal fading/creasing. Without primer, It stays for 6-8 Hours with minimal fading. I love creating Smokey eyes using this eyeshadow. Due to Silver shimmer,The shadow can be used as Lid Colour itself for Creating Dramatic looks.It is a part of Lancome’s Permanent Color Design Eyeshadows and available in Handy Singles.
