I am going to share one of the Prettiest Rosy Shade in Revlon Colorburst Matte Lip Balm Collection.I went to New U stores more than once to buy this shade but It was out of the stock all the time.Recently I was able to find this Shade in one of Local Cosmetic stores. I grabbed it Immediately. Also Because of My Ongoing Maternity I was not able to do FOTD with this shade But My sister Rescued me from this situation. She contributed in her own little way to make this post More descriptive and Beautiful!! So Here is Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm Sultry Review!!

1.SHADE:It is a very pretty Rose Pink shade with Earthy Undertones.Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm Sultry will look flattering on all skin tones.It is the perfect Day Wear Shade.I find it as one of the best shade for Indian Skin tones.

2.TEXTURE:Formula is very light weight in texture. It glides on lips smoothly without any Tugging or pulling  despite being claimed as Matte Lipstick. It is hydrating on lips  and does not dry out lips considering its matte finish.It has slight Mint fragrance and on lips it gives minty freshness.

3.FINISH/PIGMENTATION: Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm Sultry give almost complete opacity on single swipe.It has intense pigmentation which will show up beautifully Even on Pigmented lips also.

It settles down on lips giving Matte finish. It doesn’t budges or feathers and gives a perfect pout.It has tendency to accentuate the appearance of Lip lines which is Common with Matte Lipsticks.

4.LONGEVITY:It stayed on my lips decently for 6 hours. It passed my four hour and meal test too!!It survived a coffee and a meal without losing much pigmentation.It fades uniformly leaving behind Rosy Stain on My Lips.

5.PACKAGING:Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm Sultry is packaged as Retractable chubby  crayon housed in a pen like packaging. It looks like a Jumbo Art Pen. Packaging itself indicates the shade of the lipstick inside.(Rosy Pink in this case).I loved the retractable Crayon packaging as sharpening leads to lot of wastage.

Revlon ColorBurst Matte Balm Sultry is a beautiful Rose shade Lipstick,Has Light texture and gives Dryness free ,Matte finish with decent stay on my  lips. I find it as one of the best Matte Rose Shade for Indian Skin Complexion.However Revlon Colorburst Matte Lip balms are expensive to be called as Drugstore Mattes!!
