Deborah Milano is in Indian Cosmetic scene now for a while.I have tried good amount of Makeup from this Brand with hits and miss. Almost a year ago ,I hauled some  stuff from this brand.I got a Lipstick free with my purchase.I was so impressed with the texture and finish of that Lipstick.That was Deborah Milano Rossetto 24Ore Lipstick in shade Mat 54. I liked it so much that I went again to check the entire collection.But I found that packaging has vanished from Deborah’s Counter.After a while I spotted New range of Matte Lipsticks By Deborah with New Number system. Deborah Milano Rossetto 24Ore Lipstick Mat 54  is packaged in Black Rubberized Tube with beautiful Red accents.Lipstick has standard swivel up mechanism.This packaging has been revamped with slightly curved outer tube with same Rubberized Matte Covering as Atomic Red Lipsticks.

Deborah Milano Rossetto 24 Ore Lipstick 54 is beautiful Nude Rose Pink Lipstick which will compliment Fair to Medium skin complexions.If dabbed light on lips it is my perfect MLBB shade.I found this shade similar to New Deborah Milano Rossetto Atomic Red Lipstick Mat 06.Lipstick has no shimmer.

It has soft Creamy texture and Glides on my lips smoothly without a drag.It is so creamy that once i thought that it will succumb to high temperatures in summers but it survived.It is decently pigmented and gives almost complete opacity on single swipe.As the shade is Nude,Despite decently pigmented it may show up different on everyone depending on the pigmentation on lips.Formula is neither hydrating nor drying on my lips. But Dry Lip beauties can find this bit drying.

Deborah Milano Rossetto 24 Ore Lipstick 54 gives Cream to Matte Finish.It feels like a cream on lips while applying but gradually settles down to matte look.Formula doesn’t Budge or feathers on my lips.It can accentuate fine lip lines.Lipstick is very much tranferrable. It.It stays on my lips without fading for almost 6 plus hours. It passed my four hour and meal test with average score.It fades uniformly and as it fades pink undertones become more prominent.

Deborah Milano Rossetto 24 Ore Lipstick  is beautiful Neutral Rose Pink without shimmer Lipstick shade which is smooth to apply and gives almost full opacity on lips with velvety matte finish.I found it as one of the best textures among solid lipsticks for Matte finish.It is now available as Deborah Milano Rossetto Atomic Red Lipstick Mat 06.This is beautiful MLBB shade when dabbed lightly.
