with you.I never tried anything from this brand before.Only brush up I remember having with the brand was almost an year and half ago.My Elder Daughter’s friend gifted her Color pops Nail paints on her 6th birthday.(Kids today are way smarter!!) I painted her nails and was not very impressed with the pigmentation.So left with word Average equating the brand in my mind.But now my opinion is otherwise.

Elle 18 Juicy Lip Balm  is packaged in a Small ,Transparent Squeezy tube with Black Screw Lid.Tube has chic black fuchsia accents and girl pouting her fuschia lips with Beauty mole. I really adore the banner design of Elle 18.As there is no separate applicator to apply the gloss,End of the tube with hole has a hard plastic Lipstick like slant to spread the gloss evenly on lips.pAckaging is overall Travel safe and user friendly.

Elle 18 Juicy Lip Balm Juicy Mauve  is gorgeous Purple/Mauve shade without any shimmer.I was bit apprehensive in the beginning about the violet shade. But on application I found that this shade will suit all sorts of Skin complexions.Elle 18 Juicy Lip Balms are Liquid in consistency which is neither gel thick nor water thin.Pigment is well mixed in the liquid and doesn’t separate out on long standing.

Juicy Mauve will show up differently on swatching,to naked eye and on camera. On swatching the purple pigment is more palpable while on lips it gives gorgeous Purple,Pink hue. In FOTD’s below the Purple/Mauve shade is more prominent then in person. Juicy Mauve has sheer pigmentation. It will show different depending on the pigmentation on lips.On very Dark/Pigmented lips it may look like a watery transparent gloss

It has very sweet fragrance of berries and chocolates.I want to eat it the moment I have it on my lips.Texture is smooth on lips and moisturising too.Though Hydration is not as intense as that of lip Balm but too moisturising for Lip Gloss.It gives wet shine on lips with sheer wash of Colour.Elle 18 Juicy Lip Balm being liquid in texture does not budge and remains glued on the area of application(without sticky feeling)

My lips look fuller and puckered up.It does not settle down in Fine lip lines.On my lips it stays for upto 3 hours without eating/drinking.It fades uniformly still leaving behind the glossy shine that stays for few more hours.

Elle 18 Juicy Lip Balm Juicy Mauve  is girly Mauve Lip Balm which looks(on lips) like a Lip Gloss,smells incredible,Very sheer and gives Glossy wet shine to Lips.Elle 18 Juicy Lip Balms are pretty affordable and easy to carry around too.It is a shimmer free formula so perfect for Day wear.It comes with SPF and goodness of Olive and Jojoba oil.It could have been bit more pigmented.Also they should have been labelled as Lip Gloss rather Lip Balms as it hardly does anything for chapped lips.
