Garnier Anti Dark Circle Eye Roll On is sheer Tinted Liquid which is runny in consistency.It comes in two shades of Light and Medium.Once applied formula is easy to blend but sets up fast.I usually blend it up with my fingers.It sets up really fast giving matte finish.Since it comes in two shades only ( for Fair & Medium skin tones) ,It will not cater to need of all Indian Skin complexions.It is not an ideal concealer for heavy Dark circles for being very Light weight and sheer Coverage.
I don’t have dark circles as such.My undereye area is slightly dark due to under skin blue veins.I don’t look for very heavy coverage in my day to day Eye products.So sheer coverage by Garnier roll on more or less acts as illuminator for me.It is not drying for matte finish as such. But I always make sure that I apply my Under Eye Cream for smoother application.It doesn’t settle down in fine lines.Stays in my Under-eye area for upto 5 hours without creasing and fading.

I mostly use it as highlighter for my undereye area and sometimes to highlight bony prominences of my face.Since I don’t use it daily like skincare I have not documented any reduction in dark circles.But on that note I don’t mind rather love some skincare benefits in my Makeup.If you are up or near NC 40 You can carry Light shade without looking ghostly.Medium shade will suit as a concealer for above NC 40.
