Its Day 3 of L’Oreal week on my Blog.I am really enjoying doing these L’Oreal posts daily.While I am writing the third post of series I have started appreciating L’oreal more for the wide range of Makeup they make.Today’s post is about the Lipstick with which I have Love Hate kind of relationship.

When L’oreal launched Rouge Caresse Range ,I was so excited & decided to pick few lippies from it.But pigmentation of these Lipsticks disappointed me.I bought Aphrodite Scarlet online,For that pigmentation I would have never bought it in store.But gradually I appreciated this formula.So actually it is Hate then Love relationship.

L’Oreal Paris Rouge Caresse Aphrodite Scarlet  is packaged in transparent Rectangular Lipstick case with Silver accents.Bottom of packaging has the silver protrusion with L’OREAL engraved on it.It fits in snugly in the hollow provided in the Lid.Top of the Lid indicates the shade of Lipstick Inside whereas name of the shade is written on base.It operates with standard swivel up mechanism.Lipstick Bullet is chiselled round rather than standard  slant oval.

Aphrodite Scarlet is Beautiful Warm/Deep Rosy Pink Shade Lipstick that looks much Coral as bullet than on my lips.It is that Typical Lip Balm Pink and will suit most of Skin complexions.The shade may show up different on everyone depending upon the pigmentation on lips. L’Oreal Paris Rouge Caresse  has very light weight and balm like texture.Formula spreads on lips smoothly giving a sheer wash of pink colour.It feels moisturising on lips and with one swipe for me it is MLBB kind of shade.

As claimed by the brand itself on single application,this lipstick adds a veil of Colour with minimal shine.For pigmented as well as glossy finish I apply for up to four swipes of the Lipstick on my lips.Again as it is very sheer,It may not show up on pigmented lips.However Formula is buildable and doesn’t go patchy or goo-ey on lips.Aphrodite Scarlet has mild hint of Gold shimmer which fades off along with pigment on wear without spreading all over the face.

It doesn’t accentuate the appearance of Fine lip lines and is extremely Hydrating throughout the wear.It stays on me with single swipe for upto an hour.Stay is prolonged for up to 3+ hpurs with multiple swipes.It fades uniformly without leaving any stain or patches on my lips.

Aphrodite Scarlet is pretty strawberry pink shade which is MLBB on single swipe and gives gorgeous Warm pink,Glossy finish on my lips with hint of gold shimmer.Lipstick is Hydrating on lips due to Light oils in composition and Stays for up to 3 hrs when applied for full pigmentation.I love the versatility I discovered with this lippie.It is affordable too for a L’Oreal lipstick itself and otherwise.

♥I highly recommend L’Oreal Paris Rouge Caresse Collection as the 3 in 1 Lip Beauty.I love using it as Lip Balm,as my MLBB and sometimes for Glossy Pigmented Lips.My lips actually feel softer after using it repeatedly for one complete day.Collection has Gorgeous understated Reds,Mauves and Corals.
