I am going to share my review on Blackline Eyeliner by MAC in Famous Intense Pearlglide Collection.Collection boasts Colored Pencil Eyeliners available in 7 Brilliant Colours with radiant Sparkle.

MAC Pearlglide Intense Eyeliner Black Line Review

MAC Pearlglide Intense Eyeliner Black Line comes in a Regular Black Plastic/Wooden Pencil packaging where the sharpened end is covered with the Black Plastic lid and other End of Pencil is coloured indicating the shade of the eyeliner inside.

But Packaging is not very economical as sharpening leads to wastage of the product.Only good point I can think of Black Plastic/Wooden Eyepencils is the Precision when compared to Retractable Eyepencils.In Retractable packagings you tend to loose the tip eventually whereas in Wooden Eye Pencils there is always Fresh sharp tip.Again there is no sharpener within the packaging or provided alongwith.

MAC Pearlglide Intense Eyeliner Black Line is Olive Green in colour with fine iridiscence of same and Golden colour.This is the kind of shade that compliments Brown Eyes Beautifully.It gives Intense color pay off on Single Stroke.It has dream creamy texture and goes velvet smooth on Eyelids without any tugging or pulling.Though texture is smooth but it doesn’t crumbles .Formula is Blendable thereby making it perfect to create Smokey/Smouldering Eye Makeup.

For the Creamy Texture,once the formula settles down, it goes relatively Smudge free,Satin to shimmer finish on my upper lash line and fades after 8+ hours of wear.On Lower water line,However,It smudges on me !!It stays on my Upper lash line without fading and smudging for upto 6 hours.Shimmer stays with pigment throughout the wear.

Eyeliner Doesn’t flow with water but do fades away in contact with water.It is easy to remove this using any Good Makeup remover.

I am a huge fan of Olive Green Eyeliners/Kajals/Eyeshadows in General.MAC does it best with MAC Pearlglide Intense Eyeliner Black Line as it has hint of same coloured shimmer too.It has intense color pay off and goes smooth on my lids.

However Packaging doesn’t go easy on pocket !! For that price I would have loved if MAC inserted some sharpener within the packaging.
