I am huge fan of Multi-tasker Makeup Products.I think owning good versatile Make Up in your vanity saves time in jiff and a great buddy when you want to travel light.So I always keep an Eye for a Multi tasker as far a my makeup is concerned. I love using Lip And Cheek stains on that note.

A small anecdote:My first ever Lip/Cheek stain was from brand less known in India But retails in BOOTS,UK i.e Ruby and Millie.I Loved using it by all means.Never got a chance again to grab something from the brand again but meanwhile saw TBS Lip and Cheek stain .My love for multitaskers,rapport with TBS Products and Lust for something as Incredible as R&M Lip and Cheek stain made me to buy The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Stain 02.

The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Stain 02 Review

The Body Shop Lip and Cheek stain is packaged in Lip Gloss like packaging where the tube holds the stain and Lid had an applicator with Doe foot sponge tip . Packaging is perfect and it is easy to apply the stain with sponge applicator.

Stain is light- weight, liquid in consistency.It is a duochrome of Warm pink and Gold colour with lots of Golden shimmer in it.

As Lip Stain:On My lips the Metallic Golden shimmer finish looks gawky.Forget using it alone I cannot even imagine using it on Top of any lipstick.To make it work out for me I tried dabbing it on my lips to get the stain effect but metallic Gold finish makes it look so repulsive.I felt like painted Gold after putting this on my lips.Finally,I used it underneath my LipGloss and It actually worked adding a lot of 3D effect to my lips.

As Cheek stain: It gives window of one minute to spread the stain on cheeks before settling down. It gives sheer pink wash of colour on my cheeks with prominent golden shimmer.I usually top it up with matte coral blush.It is easy to blend the formula on cheeks.I can make out the stain on my cheeks for upto 3 hours. After that stain is barely there but golden shimmer persists.

As Eyeshadow :I innovated more on this product and tried using it as Eyeshadow base under my Copper/Bronze Powder eyeshadows.It adds lot to radiance to my Eyemakeup.In FOTD’s below I am wearing this on its own on my Eyelids and it looks beautiful.To minimise creasing I lightly dusted My Bronze Powder eyeshadow for long lasting impeccable finish.

The Body Shop Lip and Cheek Stain 02 is designed as a dual purpose Makeup product.However I felt Metallic Gold shimmer Finish makes it really impossible to use this as a lip product.It can be used as a cheek stain but again shimmer is overwhelming.The whole purpose of using cheek stain is to add natural flush to cheeks but with this much shimmer the basic purpose is lost.It can be used for Glam evenings or Festive makeups.
