I am really loving Lakme Absolute Sculpt Studio Hi Definition Matte Lipsticks these days. I bought another Lipstick from the Collection after I loved Wearing Red Rush so Much.As I updated in my previous post on Red Rush , Lakme has launched gorgeous 15 shades in Sculpt Studio Matte Lipstick Collection.Shades are pretty Tangerines to Pinks and Reds.The second shade I picked up is Plum Spell.So here is the Review in this post today

Lakme Absolute Sculpt Studio Hi Definition Matte Lipsticks are packaged in Outer clear ,Transparent Fibre Glass shell with Gunmetal black inner case holding the bullet.Packaging is similar to Lakme Gloss Addict only difference is that Sculpt Studio Lipsticks comes out and goes back with audible,locking snap.So I will rate packaging better than Gloss Addict.Also this makes the lipstick travel safe.

Lakme Absolute Sculpt Studio Matte Lipstick Plum spell is gorgeous Red Lipstick shade with subtle Purple Undertones.The shade will range somewhere between Cherry Red to Maroon.It  is perfect Lipstick for Fall and Winters.

It will look flattering on women of all Age groups especially above 25 and all sorts of Skin tones.It can be a great shade for day to night transformation.When I dab this lightly ,it adds a natural rosy flush to lips for daywear and Full coverage application for Night transformation gives party ready lips.

 Texture of the lipstick is smooth and it glides effortlessly without any drag.Since its a Matte formula, I did not expected it to be hydrating but it is not drying either.It can accentuate the appearance of Dry flakes on Lips surface so as with most of Matte Lipsticks, Exfoliation before application gives smoother and neat finish.

Plum Spell gives intense pigmentation on single swipe. Formula is intensely pigmented and I just swipe more than once to add more definition to my pout.It gives complete opacity even if your lips are pigmented.It gives Matte Finish without any shimmer  and shine.Formula as expected neither bleeds nor budges on me and I find it really comfortable to wear it even without lip liner. It transfers on glass and cutlery barely after few hours of application.

Lipstick Lasts longer than I expected.It stays on me for up to 7+ hours without fading or creasing with minimal eating or drinking.With one heavy meal, Lipstick disappears along the inner edges of lips and need touch up.It fades uniformly afterwards without turning patchy.It passed my four hour and meal test with good scores.

It gives Velvety Matte Finish  without drying lips.However if you have dry lips,I will suggest to exfoliate your lips and hydrate them with good lip balm before applying it.It lasts for up to 7 hours without fading. 700 INR is soother price though still not fall in affordable 500 INR bracket.
