I am going to share my Experience with first ever Dry shampoo easily available in Indian Market. Before  using this I was using Schwarzkopf Dry Shampoo or Johnson Baby Powder as Dry Shampo0.Recently started using this because of major time crunch in my life. I am shifting to New House and its giving me nightmares with two kids. The younger one will not sleep and the elder one who needs to study won’t get up.In middle of these pandemonium I am rushing through this post As Of Now i.e on L’Oreal Professionnel Dry Shampoo!!

L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Fresh Dust Dry Shampoo Review

L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Fresh Dust Dry Shampoo Review is packaged in Long,Sleek cylindrical Metal bottle with a Strong pump that spray out fine divergent mist.Texture is Liquid to powder But Powder doesn’t show up as a white residue in Hair roots. It has Nice Fresh Fragrance which adds up to freshness of hair. There is an indication on label marking this as Force 1 product. I don’t know what exactly it means but “BASIC” is what I understood after doing Research.

L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Fresh Dust Dry Shampoo Review

Why I Bought this Dry Shampoo?

  • My Hair roots are very oily.I need Hair wash By the end of the Third day.
  • I was keen to check out first ever Indian Drugstore Dry Shampoo.
  • I tend t sweat a lot especially in Summers.
  • I work out 4-5 days in a week so needed something to counteract constant weighing down of roots due to sweat.
  • As a Quick Fix for those unforeseen and unplanned occasions and show ups!!
  • Sometimes It is just the crown area of my scalp that weighs down while the rest of the scalp is okay.So to avoid washing the entire hair instead I resort to use dry shampoo in my crown area especially if next day after wash my scalp is oily.

How I use it?

As Dry Shampoo: I just spray it On my hair roots from a distance of upto 15 cm.Then I brush my hair with a clean brush to distribute the product evenly and to remove the excess if any!!

As Volumiser: As directed I spray  approximately from a distance of 20 cm.Then I comb my hair in reverse direction ( reverse of how I will style them finally).

Effectivity

My Hair Roots start turning oily by the end of 2nd day.They are greasy on 4th day.Using L’Oreal Professionnel Tecni Art Fresh Dust Dry Shampoo on my second day hair cleanse(atleast they look cleansed) and dry my hair which last up to 4-5 hours while the volumising effect lasts for up to hour.On 4th day,The drying effect lasted for upto an hour and it was really hard to build up any volumising effect.

This doesn’t leave any palpable residue in scalp. Also on 3rd day My Hair were normal as they would have been without dry shampoo used on second day.All I meant to say is that It did not lead to exaggerated third day Hair greasiness. It does not add any texture to my hair.Neither My hair were neither scrunchy hard nor meshy or tangled !!It has not caused any irritation in my scalp.

It has caused no Hair Fall post use. Also It can be used on all Hair Types.

VANILLA RATINGS 6/10

L’Oreal Professionnel was the first to launch Dry Shampoo for Indian Market. It is expensive,No Doubt. It is a great product for those Emergency Fix ups for Oily Hair. But the effect is no where close to washed hair.Again,Effect doesn’t last long even on second day hair!! So its Good enough for Lunch show up post gymming or special unplanned showups but not an exact replacement for washed hair.

♄It’s the decent Dry Shampoo we have in India,Its not the best but still adds life to your Blow dry if you have really Oily roots. Its definitely not a replacement for Hair volumiser rather I felt that volumising was more or less due to pressure of the spray and absorption of Oil.

  1. I’ve tried the Tresseme one and from the pictures I can say it works a tad bit better than this one. But I guess no dry shampoo is a replacement for washing! Anyways, love your review babe. Esp how you’ve put up the demo pictures 🙂
