Lakme Absolute Skin Gloss Overnight Mask is packaged in attractive black plastic tumbler with gorgeous turquoise metallic finish Screw lid.Packaging is really stylish and the black tumbler with moon insignia as label aptly adds to the description of the product.It is easy to operate travel friendly and spillage proof packaging.(BTW I loved the Cardboard Box in which Tub was packaged.It looked so luxe.)

Lakme Absolute Skin Gloss Overnight Mask is Translucent white in colour with consistency somewhere between a lotion and gel.Formula is well whipped and prolong standing doesn’t separate out the active gel from the water base.It has typical fragrance of shaving cream(Park Avenue) .It is bit strong for me .Fragrance doesn’t linger long as such but not a big fan of the fragrance.

I scoop out small amount of the mask and apply a very thin layer of it all over my cleansed face and neck.Initially, I applied the thick layer of the mask but then it used to take forever to get absorbed. Also It got smeared on pillows but without leaving any stains.Gradually I titrated the quantity to  two finger dips and spread it in very fine thin layer all over y face.To enhance the absorption, I gently patted my face with my fingers and give myself bit of massage.

I am using this mask since past three weeks in my Night Skincare Regimen. After regular cleansing and makeup removal, I apply it all over avoiding under Eye region.It is non greasy and has mild cooling effect due to watery base.It is a Leave on Mask and I let It stay on my skin surface overnight.Next morning, I rinse my face with just water Before My Daycare Skin Routine.

Supple drenched Reflective Skin Complexion on 11 th day of using this regularly and after ward Softer skin everyday till now!!

Today as I was supposed to write a review I layered it in the morning at around 7 o clock( I mostly stay indoors with my lil one these days). I rinsed my face at  5’o clock. My complexion looked brighter skin looked satiated and as its friday night I am going for dinner.My foundation blended like dream!!

It never irritated my skin nor led to any active breakouts.But the effects do niot last long

 I was really happy when Lakme india launched Lakme Absolute Skin Gloss Overnight Mask as Indian skincare Brand is keeping up with International Skincare trends.Also Formula of mask is workable but has got very high concentration of silicones.Results are temporary because silicones manage to fill the imperfection on the skin surface but are washed off gradually.

My skin is combination to dry ,It is a good option in overnight masks for Glossy Hydrated Skin but Acne prone Beauties should avoid this as High silicone content can cause further break outs.Also the fragrance is so typical and annoying at once but disappears within seconds.Nutshell,Decent Overnight Mask for Combination to Dry Skin Beauties.
