Of late I have been exploring a lot of Body Washes. I am deep in crunch time with two kids, home and work (I love my life this way, but I’m on my toes all the time though). I have decided to go ahead with my studies and have enrolled with a university too! I am so excited with the pace of my life as it is.
There are so many things brewing in my life and changes to my routine that really makes me happy. I miss my long showers… but nothing can compete with a refreshing and fragrant morning bath. Surprisingly I’ve found that shower gels are a great quick fix for exhilarating baths.
I recently reviewed M&S Water lily Shower Gel and Bio Apricot Refreshing Body wash. You know me, I love to choose among my body washes depending on my mood for the day. However, I usually shower with LUX Fine Fragrance Magical Spell on Thursdays and thought what better to make a review post then with a brand I use a lot.
LUX is a global brand so you can find them in almost any shop or online store no matter where you are. I prefer to buy mine from Amazon but am not shy to finding it in other places, perhaps if there is a Kohl’s coupon tied to it. LUX uses some great fragrances in their products but they mostly make soap and body washes, I wish LUX made body cream with similar fragrances too.

LUX Magical Spell Fine Fragrance Elixirs Body Wash is packaged in Plastic Bottle (240ml) with Beige Press to Open Lid on the Top. Packaging is sturdy and Travel Safe. I loved Gorgeous deep Violet Black Orchids on the Bottle. Packaging is Decent Nothing Fancy with Shape as such(especially when compared to the previous Packaging of LUX Body Wash).

On Pressing the Lid, A small Dispensing opening pops out. Body wash is pearly Purple in color and is Rich Creamy Liquid. I smell Soapy Floral Fragrance while pouring the Gel on Pouf. It lathers well in contact with water and is easy to rinse out too. It lifts off all layers of Dead Cells, Grime, Dirt and Sweat without disturbing the pH of my Skin. It leaves my skin squeaky clean and doesn’t rip it off of its Natural oils. My Skin is Very Dry so I always go layering it on with Hydrating Body Moisturizer after using this shower gel. Otherwise LX Magical Spell Body Wash is not drying on Skin as such.

It is enriched with essential oils derived from Black orchids and Juniper Berries. Fragrance is Faint Floral and doesn’t Last on me longer. On Me ,It stays for Up to 2 hours. It doesn’t last in my Shower either. It will suit to all skin types but oily skin beauties will love it more. Again on that Note ,though it can be use both in summers and winters but for my skin type it is summer Body wash.

LUX Magical Spell Fine Fragrance Elixirs Body Wash is Good Quality, Affordable, Floral Fragrant, Vivid in color. It is a Body wash that is ideal for Oily skin Beauties and Dry Skin Beauties, It is mildly moisturizing however the fragrance does not linger on me. Please make more and longer lasting fragrances!
