I have an anecdote to share here before I go ahead with the Review. I was with my Mom in MAC Store. We did not have some serious shopping list in mind but my mom was looking for a deeper red burgundy lipstick. I was swatching casually when I spotted this gorgeous pink Bullet. Mamma was like it looks such a pale shade in bullet itself, Don’t buy it!!. Ahh!! I loved it in the bullet itself. I asked SA to sanitize it and applied the Lipstick. I asked Mamma if she likes this now. She had this weird quizzical look on her face. She was impressed and gave thumbs up!! All I did was Boldly Kohl’ed my eyes before showing up on her. Now whenever I wear smoky eyes ,Mom is first one to suggest “Iske saath MAC Sunny Lagana”. Yes I have made her learn that Lingo!! Anyhow here is the complete Review for you.

MAC Cremesheen + Pearl Lipstick Sunny Seoul Review

Sunny Seoul is packaged in standard black metallic MAC Lipstick packaging with swiveling mechanism. Packaging is sturdy and travel friendly.

MAC Sunny Seoul is Light Pink Lipstick which will look gorgeous on Fair to Very Fair Skin Complexion. This shade is very summery and girly. I can see mild frost also through this Lipstick. I am not a Huge Fan of MAC Frost Formulas but It is understated in Sunny Seoul.It has mild iridescence which adds to the Gleamy finish of the Lipstick.

Formula is Creamy and glides on Lips effortlessly without dragging or pulling. It is moderately hydrating on lips and can be treat for Dry Chapped Lips. It does not accentuate Flakiness of chapped lips. It has signature MAC Lipstick Vanilla Fragrance.

Since it is Cremesheen formula I was not expecting it to be opaque in Single Swipe.  On single stroke it gives very natural pearlescent veil of Pink color on lips. I have slightly pigmented Lips. The color shows up to full life on my Lips in up to 3-4 swipes. Formula is buildable and does not go tacky while reapplications. Although I love the Glossy pink Sheen this Lipstick brings up on my lips in two swipes.

Therefore for more Natural Looking lips I just apply two strokes of this Lipstick. It stays on my lips for up 2-3 hours after which it fades to Natural Stain on my lips. Lipstick transfers barely once settled after application. However It failed my Two hour and meal test. But the good part is that on fading fine shimmer in formula is neither all over my face nor it looks scaring overt on lips.

MAC Cremesheen + Pearl Lipstick Sunny Seoul is gorgeous Light Pink which is described as warm pink with frost by MAC. It is a must have Lipstick for pink lipstick lovers. Everything is great about the Lipstick. But It will look pretty only on Fair to very Fair Skin complexion. Also the shade may not show up on pigmented lips.( May end up looking Mauve) I have no qualms on shorter stay of lipstick on my lips because that shortcoming comes by rule with MAC Cremesheen Lipsticks.
