Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Kajal Taupe 004 is “To be sharpened” Before Use pencil. Since it is a Waterproof Kohl instead of Wooden pencil, The colored crayon is packed as Black Plastic  pencil. The sharpened end is covered with White transparent lid.Packaging is color coded where the outer colour reflects the shade of the crayon inside. Color coded packaging makes easy to find the pencil. But there is no sharpener within the packaging. Also there is some wastage while sharpening but due to Black Plastic encasing not much of the crayon is wasted and the pencil sharpens really well.

Rimmel Waterproof Kohl  Taupe 004 is Cool tone ,Neutral ,Nude Flesh tone Eye Pencil. It will look flattering on Everyone. Very Fair or Fair skin complexion girls can use it as a regular Eye Kohl/Kajal as Black Kohls look stark contrast on Fair skin. Whereas medium tone complexions can use it as Eye brightener and Regular Eyeliner. For Duskier skin Beauties , It can be used as Creamy brown Eyeshadow . It has very minute shimmer particles which are barely visible to Naked eye.

Rimmel  Kajal Taupe 004 is creamy soft on my lids. It gives good color pay off in single stroke. Though for my medium complexion I apply few more strokes to get good pigmentation. I am not very comfortable wearing waterproof eyeliners in my waterline but for reviewing purpose. I applied it on waterline. It slightly irritated my sensitive eyes on my waterline. However .It is easy to apply without tugging or pulling .

Rimmel Scandal Eyes Waterproof Kohl Taupe 004 settles down to give a Smudgeproof Waterproof finish that lasts for more than 7 hours on my eyes. If you intend to use it as Creamy Eyeshadow you have  to blend it fast because It settles to smudge proof finish swiftly.By the end of the day it fades slightly from the inner corner of my eyes without smudging or accumulating in the inner corners. It does not irritate my eyes.It does not dry out my eyes lid either. It is easy to remove with any good Make up remover. The claim of being waterproof is very much veritable.
