Recently I got this Black Charcoal Sheet Mask from SASA Singapore. I barely had an idea what Swallow’s’ Nest is at that point of time. I happen to use this mask in morning of the day when I was supposed to attend a family function around 4 pm. Sasatinnie Swallow’s Nest Camellia Rejuvenating Black Mask  is Black Colored Sheet Mask available in Card board box holding packing of six sheet masks. Each sheet mask is packaged in Paper Pillow Pouch which is Black in color with beautiful Pink lace patterns and Polka dot all over. There is a small notch on the top right corner of the pouch indicating the point to tear open the pouch. Most of the pouch is labeled in Chinese(except ingredients and  directions) and is hard to read. As the ingredients and directions are also mentioned in English ,it still makes some sense.

This Black Mask is impregnated with Swallow’s Nest Essence. It is highly priced ingredient as the solidified Swallow /Swifts saliva is harvested from the Bird’s Nest. Other Than being edible, This essence has strong anti oxidant properties which are highly beneficial for Ageing Skin. The Black Color of the Mask Sheet commemorates the Charcoal powder content of the sheet Mask. Charcoal plays important role in maintaining natural balance of oil and it sucks up deep seated impurities thereby revealing clear and brightened skin surface. The carrier fluid in mask is derived from Camellia and Kombuchka which are known for their deeper penetration.

I normally store these sheet masks in door slots of my refrigerator. It’s easy to tear open the mask. Within the pouch lies the black folded sheet mask drenched in active fluid essence. It  is easy to unfold the mask without any sheet tear. The mask sheet fits well on my face. It has very mild leafy fragrance

HOW I — USE IT?

I prefer using this mask in My Night time Routine. I apply the sheet mask on my Cleansed face and let it sit for 15 minutes. After that I dab fingers on my face with mask still on for more active absorption of essence. Sheet Mask does not dry up completely. There is always some essence Left within this paper sheet. After removing the sheet I do not rinse out my face with water. Essence gets absorbed after sometime. I was my face next morning using my regular cleanser.

My Skin looks supple, pampered, rejuvenated and brightened after every use. I saw result on Day 1 of use.

Sasatinnie Swallow’s Nest Camellia Rejuvenating Black Mask is gem of Korean Beauty Markets. I loved this sheet mask to core. The sheet drenched in right amount of the fluid so there is no mess while applying the mask. It has shown amazingly good results on my skin. Availability is the biggest issue in India. I wish that Sasa starts sipping in India as Luxola is already doing it.
