Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer  is packaged in sleek minty blue squeeze tube with a nozzle opening. Opening is covered with twist open lid. Even on long standing the formula does not separate out .So I need not to shake and half squeeze the tube to mix the formula and base.I will like to mention here that I love the effort Too Faced Cosmetics put in designing the labels of their products.

Too Faced Shadow Insurance Eye Shadow Primer is light weight, Beige colored Creamy liquid without any shimmer. I take really tiny raindrop size amount of the quantity for my each lid. It has cream to powder finish on my lids. Though It is Beige colored ,It does not give any concealing effect or hides veins.Little is more with this product .So make sure you take small amount as I once took bit more than required and to my surprise the entire surface of my lids got  turned to streak stubborn beige powder.It smoothens the surface of lid and dries fast and completely for Eyeshadow application and blending.

With Too Faced Shadow Insurance Anti Crease Eye Primer  I have documented

• On it my Eyeshadows last forever with no creasing and minimal fading.
• When I use it under loose pigments Not only they show up well but I spotted minimal fall out.
• I have tried mixing it with my dried cream shadows and it brings them back to life magically.

Being so Expensive and not easily available is the biggest con of this Eye shadow Base. Sans Price/availability I found it a great Primer that intensify Eyeshadows pigmentation.Lock the pigment for long duration with minimal creasing and fading.It is definitely an insurance policy for your eyeshadows.
